I agree all of you saying that salesman service and BMW showroom, I have been to most of the BMW showroom before I decide to buy my car although I really like it I have been defer to get my BMW f34 since I didn't meet up those salesman I wanted, until recently. Somehow my brother already have his ECLASS 250 at Benz showroom. May I ask how many of you been to Benz showroom ? Again I have been to few at KL , PJ , also balakong, talk about the showroom or environment that make me feel I am their premium client, rather than BMW most of their dealer or service centre, this BMW should be learn from Benz.
Now regards salesman , did I have a bad experience in Merz yes, AUDI ; yes, BMW even more and yes. Compare to Merz , BMW is bad, Audi is worst, ( from my personal experience ). I extremely agree all the salesman about the same but somehow as a premium car dealer BMW, AUDI , Merz , the Malaysia BMW, AUDI, Merz should make sure their dealer as present their brand in premium. Salesman 's salary is including promote their company, theirselves, service and items. This is all suppose to be promote to their client , this is what their company pay for. Suppose to be their basic jobs cope and fundamental responsibility before they talk about sell the car.
I would like to shre my experience to collect my car compare Benz and BMW . I was with my brother picking his car, the sales come to shake mine and my brother hands and say " Congratulations " and took us to my brother new E 250 class, with the four doors ribbon ( like a grand opening, this make me feel warm). Then the salesman bring us 2 case box, with 2 Benz key inside, this make me feel so premium and how closely of thinking they are.
The other side when I collect my BMW car, that's no ribbon ( I am fine since those service may only offer in Benz), when the sale pass me the keys, it just like pass me a bicycle keys or myvi keys not even have a case to protect my 300 over k car. ( wtf , you kidding me, this is my first BMW collect ceremony) I understand , this may not expect from them but we talk about premium car , should have more extra ordinary compare to others country or local car,( thought please learn from Merz) , and the manual , document pass it to be looks like ancients book not even clean up (wth Is going on with BMW dealer) , my thought I paid over 300k for this shit.
I understand they are some good dealer around Malaysia but due to the distance and convenient we could not get there. This issues should bring to BMW voices or their after sales service for the BMW Malaysia , also they should always review their authorize dealer service before get them to represent their brand.
I love BMW car but I hate some of their service. Did I prefer BMW ? Yes better than Benz, I am so enjoy Benz service and their environment that makes me feel I am their premium customer.
I really hope the BMW MALAYSIA can take it seriously, also wish I would get better service for my next BMW .
I would like to suggest if all of us can write a letter to BMW voices, the more we got them, hopefully BMW Malaysia should review their dealer.
