anything is OK.. feel free whatever you feel comfy , not just the feel of the shirt, but the overall feeling... haiyaaa..itu pun susah...macam makcik makcik la korang nih... it's not like we are gonna kick u out, unless u come in your birthday suit lah.. even that also, the hotel will kick u out before we do whatever makes u happy..because why? when I say formal, some will say aiyaaa..so formal waaaaan..when i say come free and easy, some will say aiyaaa..so low class one aaaa.. so, gentlemen...u make what u want out of it.. basically, just have fun and enjoy the night...it's your night.. i feel comfy in a suit coz it's nothing to me coz I wear a suit when I go to work, so for me it's not so formal but normal.. nothing to it.. Plus we said it is a glitsy and glam night (short for glamorous ) never read Glam magazine ka? It's up to you ... If we really wanna make it formal, we'd say it is a black tie event...:banghead:

Yes JJ, our Anuual Dinner is not complete without tani. We should have enough booze to drink till u drop. Our only problem now is Hotel is slapping us kao kao with the cockage and it comes up to a good few hundred Ringgit for the sponsored barrels. I personally felt we should not burden the club's a/c for our "special interest". Therefore I suggested to the MC that I'll initiate a chip-in RM50 campaign per drinker to foot the cockage. All I need is about dozen generous drunken souls to cover the cockage, additional collection will go to the club's coffer. MC has all agreed.

I have just reactivating the AD list thread for this tani chip-in campaign. :wink:

A) Lodge Paradize is less than RM200 a night. Convenient, just across the road.

B) The Saujana Hotel, OM special rate, must show OM cards when check in.

RM275 for double Superior Room
RM310 for double Deluxe Room

C) Crowne Plaza, its RM325/RM365++ for single/double respectively. Ouch!

Dear MC,

The theme is Glitz and Glam. Its been announced and so it must remain as what its been announced. All the previous AD, they had themes and almost everyone followed the theme. there were many cowboys and Indians in Guoman and many many Bollywood stars at Saujana last year too.

Lets not move the goal post now with the AD less then 2 weeks away."Come as you are", sounds like a pajama party or a house BBQ party! Stick by the theme and let all the members come in their best, to those who dont have a suit or cant figure how to be Glitz and Glam then they can rent an outfit from the many costume shops in town. That's the fun of going to a BMWCM Annual Dinner!!

By the way, are you guys going to let us know what's happening on the actual day itself, eg. VIPs invited.. Prizes, Entertainment, Games, Best Dressed. etc etc....

The MC was discussing whether to keep it a secret to surprise members during the night but if majority want to know the full program I do not see any issue to publish the evening program for that night.
