Dear members,

Firstly, the organising committee would like to thanks to the members that have shown strong support to the Inaugral Annual Dinner.

To facilitate the payment of monies for the annual dinner, I as the Treasurer of the Annual Dinner committee, have appointed several representatives to help in the collection process.

The collection will start from today, till the dates as presented above. However, to encourage early confirmation of participation and payment, we strongly encourage members to pay to the representatives on or before 17th July 2005 to enjoy the best rates.

The representatives are as follows:-

1) Northern Chapter: Hartge;
2) Southern Chapter: Zamtresco;
3) Klang Chapter: Jarance, and 5201;
4) Official TT: Iceman, and 5201;
5) Other areas: 5201 - by bank transaction.

Direct bank-in info:

For direct bank-in, pls inform via this thread, and I will acknowledge once the funds are in.

For direct cash hand-over, please note that upon payment, you are requested to sign on a collection slip, and the representative will acknowledge collection of your payment on the same slip too.

The cutoff date is on the 17/7. We have paid the booking using our own money first, which is quite substantial. We will loose our booking fee if we can't beat the deadline.

Advance notice was out 2+ months before the event.

Organising this kind of gathering is no laughing matter. Esp when it comes to collection. Instead of waiting for the last minute, we REALLY REALLY appreciate if we can get all of you to pay up earlier. That will save a lot of time (chasing money ..) not to mention addressing the risk of FFK

Being at the wrong place at the wrong time this afternoon, at the Desa Sri Hartamas Projet station, I became the unwitting victim of Kahar's wiles & so succumbed to being the unofficial collector of monies for our inaugural annual dinner festivity. :blink:
Will the official money collectors of this said event pls note that no.37 of the list, 'Mr. Smartcorp' made payment of RM180 for 2 places & this amount shall remain in my keep until such time it may be possible to meet the event treasurer, hopefully at Friday tt or elswher.
