In light of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for 2009, I have yet to recieve my formal notification from the Club with the necessary and relevant attachments etc; via POST.

Question with regards to the notice, I got confuse with the minutes attached.. the last 2008 AGM was at AB Bukit Bintang meh? Not Ingress meh?

The Bukit Bintang one was the election for the current Committee, which I have not joined.. but I remember attending one at Ingress.. which is which?

The one at Ingress couple of months back was an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"). As the name denotes, AGMs are only held once a year and the one for last year was held in AB Bukit Bintang. Elections are only held once every 2 years. If you tell me it can be held this year, I will be most happy to oblige and relinquish my post. :top:

Thanks Jarance. I was just about to issue a reminder but you beat me to it. I'm glad you fellas are keeping this thread alive while I have been too busy with work to check the forum.

I have arranged catering for our high tea for 50 pax so more are welcomed or else Lamoo has to eat like Shamoo...

Just went through the menu with Ingress' caterers. It's looking great. Will post this shortly once I get their fax.
