Please remember to bring your Notice of AGM which has been posted to all of you. This notice includes the Agenda, the minutes of the last AGM and the club's audited financial statements.

I understand there has been some rumblings about some of you not receiving the minutes of the last AGM. I find this surprisingly as Felix, John J and myself had stapled the bundles together and remember the minutes (done by blackrobe) being put together. I hope you all are not confusing this with the minutes of EGM, which is a separate matter and not required for the coming AGM as stipulated in the Club's constitution and as per conventional practice.

In event some of you did not get the Notice in the mail (really, we can't be held accountable for Pos Malaysia), copies will be provided tomorrow itself.

BlackCat: Absence from the 2009 AGM with apologies.

Ladies n gents,

My sincere apologies for not being able to attend tomorrow's BMWCM AGM for 2009.

Work commitments through next week [and beyond?] and having to work through this weekend made it impossible for me to be physically there. Although, my thoughts [and in spirit] would definitely be with all of you.

My hope is that the AGM would run smoothly and professionally with its members observing proper decorum at all times.

There is nothing that cannot be overcome and solved with tolerance, understanding and professionalism.

In parting, I wish I could be there with all of you... especially with all that grub from Strudels!!!
