320d and 325i are apples and oranges. Not one is better than the other. They are different creatures. No point going on and on about the d is better than the i.

If one wants the FC and enjoy the torque, nothing beats a d la. The i6 is a sweet engine when revving up to 7k if that is your thing. FC sucks la.

And the inline 6 sounds so sweet with aftermarket exhaust he3...

Ya la, that's why sometimes when exiting toll, I will slot to DS, mute the radio & wind down the window just to hear the sweet I6 sings and upshifts at 7k rpm. :burnout:

Very true but your cost to acquire is higher and you bear the depreciation. So it depends what you want. The 316 will be under powered for spirited driving. At the end of the day, wat do you want out of the car?
