What on earth happen?

Was doing routine weekend check on my car yesterday. And I found that the top part of the radiator is somewhat sitting on the fan blade (attached). Fan shroud everything was ok. I didn't know when it happen also, cos there were no overheating nor there were noise. Luckily also the hose was not severed causing coolant loss. I drove to Sepang for the Energizer run on Saturday. At the time of the post, my car is with mechanic. Very strange... will update what happened.

Fan shroud clip holding the return hose gave way. Suspected the car was moving when it happen. So, in the end, changed the fan shroud and the return hose.
