Warranty coming to an end

Hi all f10 sifus, my beloved 520d about to turn 2 years old, meaning warranty is coming to an end. What would you advise me to do now? Get a thorough check up? A bit of a newbie on this issue.

I send mine in just before 2 years and give it a service. But had to pay as my BSRI was only for 60k km and mine over that.

Do a thorough vehicle check & pray hard nothing major breaks down. Not much of choice as warranty can't be extended. But I was told if you do extension of the BSRI, SC may replace some parts under goodwill should they fail within the BSRI period but passed the official warranty period of 2 years.
