Based on my experience when my dad and me was getting the E90:
1) Go for the pre-registered ones, you will save a huge amount. We saved more than RM20k off the RRP!
2) We negotiated for free tinting (V-Kool).
Other freebies you can try for:
- T-Shirt
- Umbrella
- Accessories like chrome tail pipes etc

1. I think everybody have the same dilemma. nobody knew how to differentiate between one tint to the other (me included). Just to be on the safe side, get the branded one and ask for any paper warranty. Just in case anything happen, at least you can claim the warranty.
2. To be fair to both party, if the dealer agree to cover the cost of RM1K for the tint, why don't you add to your liking. I mean rather than he tell you that he's installing RM5K tint in fact he installing rubbish bag to your udm.
3. why don't you ask this dealer what he can offer (normally accessories) and compare with other dealer. This things (accessories) can be bargain.

I got my car from AB Glenmarie. got good service and nice freebies from the SA there. Her name is Joey, but the Pre-Reg / Pre-Owned is another SA la.
Pre-reg is good buy, like new but just can;t choose your plates (its a UDM, non personalized plates?)
try nego for tint (rikecool) and gps

oh really? pre-registered cannot choose my own number plate?

yeah GHS. getting the new facelift one. look better ma since not much more. so prefer the new one of course.
Alex, AB Glenmarie. too far away. thinking to get it fr KL branch. so the SA can help me for service next time. already talked to him. willing to send me back to office and after done will drive to my office as well. i like tat.
