My review for the H & R Test Drive
First of all, questions on whether H & R would fit everyone ?
For me, I did not feel that too much comfort was compromised. The car still performs splend as a people carrier
. Brought my gf and parents out for dinner, nobody noticed a thing.
Only my dad noticed that going over road bumps was accomplished with less "bounce".
Handling at higher speeds
The car has a lower center of gravity and feels much more planted on the road. As I was running along guthrie, I felt more confidence to maintain my speed rather than keeping my leg off the accelerator.
But what makes the H & R the perfect upgrade ?
The cornering of the car has improved tremendously. As I approach a high speed corner, I dont feel too much body roll and hence able to maintain my speed through the corner without fearing that I will spin out.
The F30 definitely could have taken that same corner without much effort, but the slighly bouncier suspension has always held me back. (This is my first rear wheel drive afterall).
As a conclusion, I would say that this is a very bang for buck upgrade.
Cheers and happy driving guys !
