Hi all,Has anyone experience occasions where when ure riding on a extremely rough and bumpy road that the ASC will kick in and flash for a couple of seconds ?I have this sometimes while traveling on the NPE from Sunway to Bangsar at certain stretches where the joints of the highway are. Could this be due to worn absorbers that the car bounces alot more? I am still on the stock MSports abs that came originally with the car which is of course 9 years old. Any suggestions sifus?....mucho gracias :)

This tai kor wanna find reason to replace abs ni. Haha. :p

Ok back on the ASC/DSC, mine never kicks in before on uneven surface. :)

wah u 24/7 BMW forum? hahaha....

maybe coz urs not lowered and abs still ok kua...mine does kick in even on straight line when it gets too bumpy esp when the rear thumps up hard.... :(

Mine did especially highspeed 80km/h or above, it also happened recently on Bukit Tungku and Bukit Kiara. However after I replaced my tires to Premacy HC it become less frequent only up Genting

Mine kicks in too everytime i passed by the bridge area of putrajaya to mex area
i have replaced my abs in april only la :)

from my experience, it will light up if the accelerator is pressed hard when going through that uneven part..since then I normally let go the accelerator a bit when going over these rough "bridge connections"..it works so far..but not suitable when there's a car tailgating u at that point...of course after that he makan asap lah..hehe

thanks all, so its a normal occurrence, so it boils down to a sudden slip during the breaks in the road or unevenness...lol. So no cause for concern. thanks peeps ;)

Yes bro normal will light up when the wheels slips and our ecu says to the other wheel to transfer power to rectify the slip which lights up on dashboard, not to worry happened to me many a times especially when driving hard on uneven roads resulting my car to skip.
