just wondering if bro harry 7 and hamansan's cars got sunroof or not.just wondering how water can get into the car,drowning the module....

Ada but not working. They even tried spraying but also tarak work. Changed the module and now working perfectly.
Before I changed the module, i went to 2 mechanics to clean the szl but failed.

Hi Moots,

Mine is Japan spec. Got sunroof. My problem is not leaking from the sunroof.

there is no leaking but drain hole blocked and the water entered via the steering hole at the driver side... so just ask the mechanic clean the drain hole every time you service your car is very important stage......

Guys,
I had the same issue with my 07 523i LCi earlier!
It was just caused by dirty optical disc which I cleaned it after very expensive lesson learned. ... changed battery, alternator, 2 tie rods complete with ends, powersteering fluid.
Almost gave up until I finally got into the optical disc..
In future, try clean the disc first.

Btw, anyone keen to buy my confirmed in good condition 180amps original bosch alternator, 1.5 yo din100 battery, used tie rod sets?

No. I have just joined this forum. I have read uk forum on sensor cleaning but did not go into details by phone. Cleaned clock spring several time as I had wrongly assumed that I have been cleaning the disc....until I read the forum again by PC, with full instructions and photos.... too bad!
