I enjoyed doing things myself so as can really clean to bare metal and it is so simple with the grinding brush but to be careful of flying wires can hurt you.... use glasses to protect you eyes.

See the seals so badly done I think 1/2" think of cement, anyway I am going to do up to undercoating level then sent it to the welder for metalwork at lease I see all the work done properly to my satisfaction.

Wah Mr Rezzy
what are you using to kill off all the rust on your triumph? have u sorted out the engine yet?[hopefully not seized?]

nice work ..carry on! ;)

Rezzy,

Awesome stuff, thanks for sharing.... a word of advise, make sure you are using oxide primer when stripping to bare metal. This will prevent rust from forming.

Have fun and do post up the final results ya?

Cheers!
