May I have a ride when am back for Chinese New Year? Beautiful ride you have there bro..

Can, no worries. That is if you are in Singapore. hehe In Kuching, have to make do with my E30.

P.S> Any lobangs for reasonably priced E93 in Kuching? Was scouting around town at the car shops last weekend but all quoted 40 - 50K more than KL prices. Aduh.

Feeling dandy bro. You must try your best to resist the poison...hehe Or have you turned to the dark side?
Mine's a 6 potter on 18' Breytons. The acceleration's affected and not to mention the ride. I shudder to think what 19' wheels will do to a 4 potter 2.0.... However,if you already had changed the rims, then just enjoy lar. Just ignore my blabbering. Hehe

Bro when u mentioned tat acceleration is affected what do u mean? Izit from standstill u need press the accelerator pedal more before the car moves?

Max size for E46 is 18" full stop unless yours is E46 M3. Get original & staggered set up rim if possible.

Agree with IM...but if weekand car better go for 19" baru ranggi..sesekali keluar on the road siap bukak bumbung with 19"... siap meleleh amoi tengok tau.

Nak cantik ke nak sedap? That's the question...

15' mau? Lipas kudung tu.... Hehehehe

if 18 might as well maintain 17...... Go for 19.... u will not lost the comfort much.....

Many thanks to all for your kind advice. i have decided not to go for 19 but will wait for a good offer/deal for 18

Sometimes asking for advice in forums not only leave you undecided, but also more confuse..hahaha.
Good luck with the 18"

I change my rim to 19 inch just 1 week after bought the car. Upgrading from stock 17 inch msport. I think comfort level not much different.

Would there be much difference in torque due to upgrading from a 17" msport rim (style68) to a 19" replicas? i assume replicas are usually heavier than the original design

My previous E46 is on 18" with Koni (yellow) and Eibach spring. Confortable with the ride.

Butt-dyno should be able to feel it. Style 68 is among the lightest 17s around (9.5kg front, 9.90kg rear--each). Hence the reason why I am still sticking to it (apart from pocket kosong lah lol). But yours 330 prolly less draggy feel, even on 19s.

BBS LM 18" staggered will always be on my mind though. :D

The thing is about driving with huge rims and thin profile tires in KL is that wallet sure gonna hurt every time you hit pot holes and have to be extremely alert at all the times. Per hit minimum RM100-150 if bengkok + repainting.

what he said is true, of course driving an 18" is damn awesome, but u know its so tiring watching pot holes in our roads..and worst thing is, i drive even slower now haha

Even bi-xenon do no justice nowadays to shine on our dark roads to keep a look out. I need huge Hella spot lights now.
