Restraints system faulty light appears

...Hello..im new here, i took delivery my 525i m-sport , ckd, last tuesday..this morning out of sudden the lights alarm shows airbag and belt pretensioner restraint system is in fault..but the belts looks ok ..is anybody here have this problem before ? by the way.. the radio channel keeps changing automatically...so irritating..i do calll the salesman and he told me to send the car back to service centre for checking....
