Research on cloning the keyless entry key for e60, e90,e91,e92

Research on cloning the key for CAS module which using by e60,e90,e91,e92 has started.Found the machine which can clone for this key. This machine no need to open the CAS to clone the key. Where else the machine which clone for EWS key need to unplug and open the EWS. But the machine dont have stock now. The keyless key cost is very expensive. The price of the keyless key is 3 times of diamond shape key. The machine itself is very expensive.The biggest challenge is where we can buy the cheap keyless key for doing this cloning ? Is there anyone can provide some info ? Please share what ever you have, thanks.Will update you all if i have further updates.

i just called to Quil, they said keyless smart key and diamond shape key are same price that is RM900 to RM1000.

Cheap or not cheap is not my concern now. The most important thing for myself is i want to learn how to do it. Just like i learned to clone the key for my e39

Even i am able to make this kind of keys later also not meaning that it will be cheap due to dont have China copy key. So it must be original remote.

Good news is finally, i think i am able to make the CAS2 key for e60 and e90.

Bad news is to make this CAS2 and CAS3 need to unplug the CAS module and solder wires to the CAS module in order to read the data. Soldering might damage the CAS module. This is a very high risk job. So think twice before you really want to do it.

For make the CAS1 key that is e65 7 series key, it is not needed to unplug the CAS module. The device is actually likes BMW scanners 2.01. So it can plug to car and make the key directly.

Very sorry. I just researched on how to make spare key for CAS2 module. I didnt do any research on how to convert diamond shape key to keyless key and push start. If really want to convert then i am sure a lot of things need to change too. For e60 convert to push start version , you need to change the steering column and CAS module atleast. After that need to add start engine module and push start button. It will be very costly.

zedbull and ad900 are confirmed not able to copy BMW chip and clone the chip without dump file from CAS module. Without the dump file zedbull and ad900 are useless to BMW keys.

JMA is the tools can copy the BMW smart key. But zedbull and ad900 not able to do it. ID46 is for CAS2 or CAS3 ? JMA copy the BMW smart key which will copy the start car function and remote function ? The e60 which using diamond shape key can copy or not ?

no, remote function need different machine.

How E60 using diamond shape can be copy by zedbull and ad900 ?? zedbull and ad900 has hitag2 function. hitag2 must need a dump file from CAS then only can make the chip. So how zedbull and ad900 make the chips without dump file ?

remote function got a few diagnostic tool, example avdi, and soon is adpro.

Can you show me the link which is the tools that you mentioned ?

I just only need BMW tools.

JMA is for copy the remote but after that need to use which tool to write the smart key ?
