Project to refurbish an E34

Dear 34 sifus, I am having a project to to refurbish my brother's 1990 E34 M20B25, please shed some lights in this little project.I am in need of some recommendations for the Interior refurbishing (ie: re-wrap the seats, console & steering).Thanks in advance & any opinion are welcome.

While you're at it - might as well take a stab at the doors panels (unless it has been leather-ed and stitched in) and the ceiling. Last time I did mine at taman mayang (some corner shop) donkey years ago. Prior to that used to visit a bodyshop by exAB staff behind BHP station after BatuCaves turnoff.

caveat - been 4 years since I sold my m20b20....and more than 8 years since visited those places - dunno still in business or not.
