Please get in touch with XXX for the arrangement. The initial idea is to collect the money and buy some gifts to be given to the folks on that day. If everyone pays on that day, then how to get money to buy the gifts?
Other than the gift, we also planned to give each of the 'gong-gong' and 'poh-poh' some pocket money. U can go buy your own gifts too for the folks but do liase with XXX for the arrangement.

As for the rest of you out there, it's not about going there and give money... They are not short on fund. The primary objective of this trip is to spend time with them and leave them a good memory and possibly the best xmas they can remember, and the bestest xmas we ever had doing something meaningful.

Please don't get us wrong by thinking we are organising it for the sake of organising an event. The focus is the old folks, not us, not the club.
