I am familiar with Nilai because work in Nilai.

Just read through at last go to Nilai and see, I am not a chip man standard will be fine for me. Many show interest what is the distance from Nilai to Kelana Jaya I use to drive to Klang for TT, BJ and KJ not even selling anything just for a cup of tea cost me toll and petrol maybe close to 50 bucks no buisness deal for friends sake of love for Bimmers.

Why not for posting the product take a time meet those guys who have interest on friday night all will be happy abt it, think it over. :dunno:

cchsbn - for a business proposition, what's the cost of driving up to KJ from Nilai. 20min or less in ur chipped UDM....

The biggest prob abt the chip is - how much gain u gonna get.

When I installed my ALPINA chip - waaa .. feel like my car damn powderful ..
After a while, it's nothing .... Like my mechanic said - perasaan je tu ...
Maybe because after we've installed the chip - our mind said ur car is powderful already ... Redline cutoff - actually a gimmick. Ur power dip after certain RPM. Mine - after 6,000 rpm. So, redline cutoff or not - actually no diferrence.

So, the best thing - go dyno .. Haaa .. u will be surpise at the result. At the end, my ALPINA chip is not the best chip afterall ...

Just my experience ...

I agree with 535i, after a while, u dont feel the difference anymore.. but i would say its not 'perasan je'.. its because we got used to the power increase.

Same with me, when i had my superchip, the car could go 180kmh easier compared to the times when i have my factory chip installed. After a while, everything seems to be back to normal, sluggish lil M40.

a performance chip gives u optimum performance (if ur current engine state is in good health) but not super stellar performance. it'll give u some improvement depending on the mapping used for that chip.

Hi guys, Last week I installed a ZONE CHIP for my e30 325i car from UK

it is custom tuned for my engine, throttle body, proJet RON 92, LSD 3.721, ECU Motronics 1.3 release 173 and 50% city driving 50% highway

One hour after I installed it, I found my car a totally different beast and for the first time I am glad I bought this car. Smooth , powerful and yes Plenty of torque. I see even there is improvment in my FC for the better. No BULL

Hi Guy,

Firstly, sorry for not being able to attend to Kelana Jaya on Friday night.
I would like to attend but hook up with personal matter.
I am not a businessman but an engineer that like to bring most out of technology. RM300 for a remapped chip would not bring me fortune (cheap compare to Alpina, Viper or Hartge) but to share with you all the finding and supply or share whatever that I have found to whoever wish to know and have.
I am taking the risk to supply the chip actually because I am import in the chip from Germany not keeping any stock (lot of BMW model). I am facing the postage risk which the item might get missing or misplace.
Altough I know the way to remapped a chip but purchase of the necessary equipments could be quite expensive and I need to have mapped for all the models which will be very costly.

By the way, www.esmartstart.com is a totally free web station which I have used and really free where you can upload your own web through ftp.

IMHO, one of the best guys out there that is doing this is chippeduk.com.
Around 100 pounds stirling for a 318is e30 chip. He has lots of good reviews, check out e36coupe.com. He stands by his work and will supply you with the required chip till you are happy. Just send him your ecu number and he'll mail you the correct chip. I read that the gains are very good and he is very capable.

If my 328 could be chipped i would have already done it with him.
