Optimal Tyre Pressure for 320i LCI 17 inch

Hi All,
Just collected my car, first thing I did was drive to petrol station to get the tyre pressure set as indicated on the door.
It is a standard sport line with 17".

However, I find the ride is quite "rough" even though I am in comfort mode, u feel every stone and unevenness on the road. My 2011 Golf GTI gives much better comfort in that sense. Am I missing something here to get it right? Would appreciate any advise on this.
