In addition, for this drive I will be organising shirts (micro fibre type) for participants and their families/partners (optional), stickers and drive memorabilia, likely towel/coffee mug or key chain...dunno yet. All depends on the numbers and budget.

Thus absolutely crucial to close off on 31st March 2011 and go into planning/execution mode. Tq
