Official BMW CLUB Drive to Singapore with Visit to F1 Paddock Bmw Club Malaysia in conjunction with Motorsport Channel and Singapore Tourism Board are organising a drive to Singapore on the 29th August till 31st December. The highlight of this event is a drive on part of the F1 street circuit which covers Raffles Boulevard, Nicholl Highway St., Andrew's Rd (City Hall), Anderson Bridge, Esplanade Dr. and Raffles Avenue. There will be cocktail receptions by Performance Motor Limited and also Singapore Grand Prix organisers during the trip. Shopping vouchers and discounts on tickets to various attractions in Singapore are also offered as part of the incentive for this trip.This convoy is limited to 50 cars and is open to all BMW Owners on a first come first serve basis. The program for this drive is as follows ;-Saturday August 29th 2009 900am - Congregate at Sg. Besi R&R (near KFC after toll), to have photo taken and safety briefing.930am - flag off in staggered manner1330pm - Meet at Gelang Patah (R&R)1500pm - Cocktail hosted by Performance Motor Limited Singapore1700pm - Check in hotel (Golden Landmark SGD140 nett with breakfast for 2)Free and Easy1900pm - Convoy to dinner at Clarke Quay (discounts on F&B to be announced later)- Discount for Bungee and Extreme Swing JumpsSUNDAY 30th August 2009 0800am - Breakfast0900am - Visit to Singapore Zoo (50% off admission fees) or for those that like shopping, Tang's is offering SGD20 shopping voucher1300pm - Lunch 1430pm - Visit to Singapore F1 circuit (Highlight of the drive). Souveniors to be given to participants for the F1 pit building tour. Drive along the F1 circuit.1900pm - Dinner at Dempsey Hill (discount vouchers for F&B)MONDAY 31st August Free and Easy. For those that want to visit Jurong Bird Park, there will be discount on admission tickets.
