Dear all,

Just a reminder that the deadline to confirm your spot for this event is to make deposit payment by this Friday, 11th July 2014.

Note:

1. Please indicate next to your names (A) if you want us to make hotel reservation.
2. To confirm your attendance for the event & room reservations, you will need to bank into our club's account (Maybank Account No: 5123-5230-7612) a non-refundable deposit of RM 500 for the room. Please email copy of bank-in receipt to our Treasurer Joon Suan (bmwcm.treasurer@gmail.com).
3. We must insist that you made your deposit payment latest by 11th July 2014 as we need to confirm the room reservations.
4. If we do not receive your deposit payment, your attendance slot for the event will be given to next person.
5. The registration for the above event is closed as the number of attendees are limited by BMW Group.
6. However you may still put your name in the Wait List in case some registered attendees decided to not to attend and/or failed to make the necessary deposit payment.

6.00 am - Meet at KFC (after Sungai Besi toll) for breakfast

6.30 am - Convoy depart for JB/Spore

9.00 am - Petrol station in JB for diesel cars to fill up euro 4 diesel

9.30 am - Tuas Checkpoint

10.00 am - Check into Holiday Inn Express Singapore..

10.30 am - Visit Club vendor BimShop (tentative)

1.00 pm - Lunch

2.00 pm - Visit the event hall BMW World at Marina Bay Sands

5. 30 pm - Dinner

6.30 pm - Register at the launching Event ( refer to the Event PDF View attachment BMW World_Agenda & Information.pdf)

Please take note this is based on the information we have received from the organizers so far. It is so far only the 2nd August night event.

The day time we still have not receive any information.

Therefore and until we receive more updates, please take note we will need to prepare SGD 20 entry fee for the event hall.

We have yet to receive any confirmation if there are free parking at MBS for our cars. Suggest we take the public transport to MBS and parked our cars at Holiday Inn Express.

Ensure that it is top up before you exist the checkpoint.

From my observation.... we dont have to worry on the traffic coming back to KL on Sunday. This is bcos many peoples has back to town since Tuesday 29th July onwards.
So i predict there will be only slight jam at Senawang toward RnR Seremban,
So to all yang cancel due to takut to face the jam... now can re consider it...

It was good to meet the club committee/members at the event and put faces to some of the nicknames. The i8 was certainly the ultimate crowd puller. Great opportunity to molest the cars too
