Hi Rahizwan,

Thanks for putting your name together with that of OM Farezrider & CG Ikhwan3liter.

As mentioned from our above post, the registration for the 2nd August evening event is closed as we have only 20 invitations from BMW Asia Council. I will put you and OM Farezrider on the Wait List for the 2nd August evening event. This evening event is only for OM and hence CG Ikhwan3liter would not be on this wait list.

However CG Ikhwan3liter is welcome to join us for the drive to S'pore and attend the 1st and 3rd August public events. Just a reminder that the deadline to confirm your spot for this event is to make deposit payment by this Friday, 11th July 2014.

Note:
  1. Please indicate next to your names (A) if you want us to make hotel reservation.
  2. To confirm your attendance for the event & room reservations, you will need to bank into our club's account (Maybank Account No: 5123-5230-7612) a non-refundable deposit of RM 500 for the room. Please email copy of bank-in receipt to our Treasurer Joon Suan (bmwcm.treasurer@gmail.com).
  3. We must insist that you made your deposit payment latest by 11th July 2014 as we need to confirm the room reservations.
  4. If we do not receive your deposit payment, your attendance slot for the event will be given to next person.
  5. The registration for the above event is closed as the number of attendees are limited by BMW Group.
  6. However you may still put your name in the Wait List in case some registered attendees decided to not to attend and/or failed to make the necessary deposit payment.

This is confusing...???!!!

Are we not going there as a group representing the Club? Or at least by reading the trickling updates, we'll be with the CM's entourage...

Do enlighten the participants as to the plans PLEASE!

That is... the Club's plans and how would this tie in together with the grand scheme of things.
