Under Announcement alone, there are a few threads abt the AGM and Election.

Which one is the 'Official' one .. ?
Maybe we can combine it, so ppl can see the flow of nominations ..

All the threads are official but it has their own different purpose. This thread is to further streamline the nomination process to make things easier for everyone. As far as the pro tem committee is concerned, the official nomination process is "CLOSED", now we are identifying each candidate for a specific post. By the end of this month, all the nominations will be tallied and the candidates will be asked which post they are interested in contesting (if they were nominated for more than 2 posts).
