New symptom...this thing suddenly OFF

yesterday...it was a rainy day...i drive my car went back home..as usual...normal drive will use wiper to kick all the water off my windscreen...then suddenly my wiper off...doesn't move anymore..wtf...luckily only few km to go...i thought maybe because of fuse...reach my house..then suddenly it move back...another wtf... anyone facing this kind of weird things before?
