i too had a similar experience of seeing a panel of wood drop off a moving lorry...only just recently, on the kesas highway. he was doing about 80kmh, and i was right behind him. suddenly i saw the wood panel fly off the lorry...thankfully due to my instant reaction (ahem..) i took a quick glance at the mirror, and when there was no car, i quickly swerved right and avoided that darned piece crashing into my car!!.

I could see in my rear view mirror, the piece crashing onto the road. Luckily it didnt hit any other car as well.

Damn, what's with these lorry people anyway? Why tarak sense of safety for other road users??

Bro fandango....you are lucky man the wood didn't kene your car. For me there was no chance for me to avoid the plywood coz on my letf there was a motorcyclist and on my right is the highway divider....so no choice man...and I am lucky coz didn't do the emergency break coz at the back there was another lorry bro...

I think these lorry people think they are the Taiko la....but we also bayar roadtax ma :thefinger:
