Buy thru BMW7833, he is kind enough to provide free map update whenever available. Slightly lagging behind latest Malsingmap and Malfreemap but sure more update than latest BMW Navigation Professional. If I am not mistaken, the unit use I-Go and it is good enough.

For those have test play my unit they know the difference coz i have both model for E46, especially on the colour of the illumination control buttons matching to our speedometer and the overall extra features about the player. Make sure you wont buy the wrong model coz the player are not cheap.

bought from bmw7833 in oct 10. Very good after sale service , lately provided free service to update my map in Nov 11. So far enjoy the unit bought, very entertaining. This is sincere opinion without any fiduciary relation.

Recently, I installed the Hualingan unit on my friend's E46 2003 and found out that the Hualingan CDC is actually working. I installed mine long time ago and did not know the trick at that time. Thanks to the info in bimmerforums and I just followed the instructions.
