Mine doesnt run Papagox5. It could not read the GPS of my current positioning, always only pointing to Jln Tun Razak. iGO works but i hate the GUI.

i think you have to modify the sys file to read comm port 2 first.

Sorry, I recheck and found that the info that I given is for Igo instead of Papago.
For papago, you need to download a hack program that run at 800X400, baud rate 9600 and comm port 2.
Try the below for the download by bklee

He has the same Papago with me. The same papago is running well in my unit but not in his unit, don't know why. His problem is the unit can not detect the satellite. Going to meet him and check.

Can he detect the satellite using the "setting" menu. Maybe he forget to connect the antenna. It happen to me before.

If the antenna didn't connect to the player, supposedly iGo also lose the signal right, but he can get the iGo signal.

I will check the "setting" menu anyway.

if igo work, then the antenna is connected. I think the program he select is "X5SE.exe" instead of "X5SE_800x480_C2_B9600.exe" for the GPS path.

Met teighlour and tried with my SD card. The player can detect the satellite, but Papago still not as good as iGo, slower response.

Bro,
Actually there have a lot of model of DD DVD/GPS for E46 in the market, some the two tuning knob on top, some are bottom, the buttons of the player also designed different looks and the interface also difference. My personal point of view is up to your own choice which one are more liking to yourself. If you interesting i can pm you 3 types of difference looks E46 player from my supplier for you to refer.
