garmin is ok i guess... i would choose garmin over iGo (graphic-wise). however, just like igo, the map is not as good as papago..
i seldom use garmin..about the split view, not sure what is split view myself...i guess no..haha..actually it s Garmin Mobile XT, just like u can find at windows phone

would be trying Ndrive n let u know the feedback...

I am only a user and offer my experience with the unit.

The price is about 2K+ and reverse camera is about RM200. check out the group buy thread.

so far OK lah. Have some issue with the radio but it have been sorted out. Nice toy to have and the GPS is helpful.

Jarance, quick question on the reverse camera. Can we mount it on either side of the car? Since putting on the right side (driver side) would put the camera closer to the center of the car than putting it on the left side. Do you know if the guide line would still be aligned if put on the right side?

Brought this up for the sake of discussion.

The camera is more like a fish eye lens. So the view is wide angle. I would think it is better to install on the left hand side to cover
more of the "blind side" of the driver. You can cover the right side more with your right side rear mirror.

That is why the left side rear mirror will tilt where you put into reverse gear to prevent the curb scratching
when you do reverse parking.

Honestly, the reverse camera is more of a gimmick. You can impress the wife when you do parking.

Jarance, the 1kohm resistor doesn't eliminate the error message for the num plate. I think we need a lower value...will try and let you know the results

I did it for my E46 and it worked. I have a variable resistor. Maybe we could try it on your ride to find the optimum value.
