Bundy,

Thanks for the heads-up. That's kinda odd cos I tried a couple cars in SG with these tires - an E46 330i and even a E39 545i (both on 18 inch wheels) with these tires and felt that they handled pretty well thru corners and expressways. I'm a slow driver so perhaps it's just the way you drive, eh bro ? :p

Allan,

The T1Rs are not bad for their price .... just that I find them a bit noisy and seem to lose some wet weather grip once you have run them in somewhat. Anyway, that's just my personal observation. But the D101s would probably fit your requirements just nicely without having to pay too much.

Cheers,
VaN.

...just got to know yesterday that the largest tyre width of Hankook's brought into M'sia is/was 235.
Could'nt find my 245's .....so settled for Dunlop Direnza 101s instead - Japan made.

Still running my Direnza's rear and still performing well. Tyre wear not as fast as my previous Goodyear. Done just over 20,000kms so far. Reccomended.

Okow,

1. May I know how many percent tread left now?
2. Did you install D101 somewhere in December 2005?
3. Which Goodyear previously you used? F1?

Thanks...
