Need to upgrade

I own a 525i '89 auto. This car can touch 220 kph easily. It is using a standard chip and filter. I am thinking of upgrading my chip to the Eprom as well as changing my air filter to K & N. Will this make a difference?Anyone selling k&n filter and / or eprom performance chip?

Dinan ...brand might be another option for you ...you may have to check the Chip spec ..... I have a 525 M50 engine with Dinan chip ....I have hit 240Km ....2-3 times .....

....its the brake system that u need to upgrade first if u haven't .....(well that is what i personally think) hehehe...
