Need Help guys... Headache..

HI there guys...

A quick update..

2 days ago, one tarik kereta fella called me up. He said he found the car at a workshop in Damansara. He did take a picture of it in the workshop. Maybe because of this, 2 3 hours after conversation with the tarik kereta guy, the fxxx sent the car to my friend workshop in Sunway. Maybe he did that because the location of the car had been compromised.

So the car now is in the workshop that i know. Thats the good news.

Now the bad news. Front headlight missing, my mishimoto radiator missing, power steering pump missing, side mirror missing, steering missing, meter cluster missing. The worst part of all engine went bust. This will cost me a bomb.

Will head up to the workshop 2moro. Will keep you guys updated.

As for my police report, they classified this as a civil matter under commercial because it involves selling and buying. It cant be classified as crime case. They're referring me to the court for court action. But the thing is, the company that this Sirajullah used, winded up already. Somebody else had saman da company before i did. So no use also of spending RM8k, just to sue a company that is simply dead. So it will be permanent loses on my side.

Anyhow, will keep you guys updated. Surely need a TT session for this. I'm officially a poor man now. Anybody want to belanja me a teh tarik? Hahahahha...

I buy you both Teh Tarik and the satay. The guy got your cr registration card now isn't it ? How do you solve that ?

this blady sirajullah already cheat me last 5 years...police report already log and nothing happen....sad to live in Malaysia..now I am read about this thing againt with same method of operation. BTW, mine sell to this used car dealer and thought this shitty guy will sale my car but it not happen. Can I get a picture of this Sirajullah please? I was trying to sell my Merc in the last few days and this guy called Mohammad came with a white CRV (with his wife in the car) today. He offered my asking price and said will got to the bank to send LOU as a used car dealer (trade in so to speak). He said his company was Shiraz Auto Old Town PJ. He said he will go to the bank with me that he is on the panel of Public bank etc. This dude is a tall mamak, speaks well and macam baik punya oranglah. Just wondering if this is the same person! Help?

BTW , I assume you are Mr SHIRAZ , and when Mr_Bertz handed over the car in one piece to you @ running condition , no matter who screwed up the car , as long that party is related to your business , dont u think its your responsibility to sell the car as agreed or at least return the car in one piece to him , rather than him looking for his car 360deg ? Car dealer business comes with risk and profit bro , and you should be not complaining about it . Since you are here , hope you guys sort it out like a man and reduce the misery of Mr Bertz going trough. Hats off for you showing up to explain . cheers bro .

SHIRAZ AUTO CENTRE Hi, regarding to this story, there is 2 sides of it. The car was actually taken by one of our brokers and he went missing, then we found the car with engine blown 4 months later. Bear in mind we still paying the bank. Then we took back the car and was really confused as to what to do coz its an M3 and not easy to repair plus costly. I spoke to owner to help me out. Then we finally came to an agreement that i give him back car plus another RM20000 cash as compensation. Mind u the bank balsnce was 168k ++ when sold to us and before return to him 149++. And last week the owner called asking if i can top up another RM15000 and close it so i said ok no prob coz we're not a cheat and furthermore is a business deal gone wrong so we accept the losses. So pls for those who dont know head and tail pls reserve your comments. We used car dealers have also been cheated many times too, we often buy cars and all of a sudden owner do report car missing, then to kawtim they ask extra to tutup cerita. We have been sold Kereta Clon singapore too. So who do we blame for this?? Pls dont simply judge people. Common sense will tell u that we loss money amounting to RM55000-60000 for this deal. But what to do still have to tutup cerita coz pity the owner.

PETALING JAYA: The driver of an Aston Martin was killed on the spot after his car crashed into a pillar and a guardrail along KM18 of the New Pantai Expressway.

The incident is believed to have occurred when Muhammad Sirajullah Abu Bakar, 30, was trying to avoid a motorcycle travelling against traffic on the overtaking lane at about 1.40am yesterday.

OCPD Asst Comm Azmi Abu Kassim said Muhammad Sirajullah was driving from Pantai Dalam when the accident occurred near Jalan Templer.

“The car skidded and crashed into a pillar and a guardrail as the driver attempted to avoid the motorcycle. The driver was flung out of the car and died on the spot,” he added.

ACP Azmi said parts of the engine, tyre and dashboard flew onto a Proton Persona in the middle lane. The driver, Azlin Mohamed Azhari, 43, escaped with minor injuries.

The deceased was taken to Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for a post-mortem.

I'm also one of the victim of this so called con man Mr Sirajullah. Just found out that he is now death...thank good. But my Toyota Vellfire still with 'him'. I manage to talk to his younger brother namely Khalid, he said he also does not my car whereabout.

I sold him the car since last year March...he paid the difference and promise to sell and change the ownership once he sell the car. I been calling him every month, the same reason always: my car is hard to sell coz the price is now very low. I believe he also use my Vellfire as 'rental car' like he does to most of other people that he con.

If anyone has any info about how and where usually store or keeps all those car, i would appreciate that. I called his showroom and the number is no longer exist. Called his so called Assistant Mr Tommy also the phone was not pick up.
