long overdue maintenance update ..

been feeling lack of ouumphh .. so decided its time to refresh things up + maintenance ..

here are some pics and what happened




well what u expect when the seals look like this :banghead:





replaced the overdue 02 sensor (last change was like 3yrs +)





as the list goes on..

vanos seal
valve cover gasket/bush
changed new radiator
long shaft coupling
02 sensor
fan belt
routine service

then this happened :rock:


not enough of that went for some "good" rubbers



finally :adore: :67: ready for the drive to tasik banding , will post some pictures soon ..

yeah bro , agree this R1R not suitable for daily use .. good grip but feel its too soft as our roads are in "perfect" condition..

just to update my thread before the end of 2014 , yeah my pinkish went for a new layer of paint work but it ownly lasted me 5days before i scrap my diffuser again :102:



and a selfie with the almost identical but .. red usually outshine the silver uh :69:
