my new e46 got whacked..

need advice here..my mechanic was doing my car alignment on the road when one idiot suddenly loss control of his car and hit the right side of my car ( about few inches from the right rear door) . damages include dented segment above the tyre, and scratchesd rims . my mechanic told me no serious damage apart from the dent, but he is not sure whether the arm is affected or not .( until re alignment is done) . Q: what is the function of the arm.Q: how much does it cost to repair it.the only bright side is ..the culprit is willing to pay for the kerosakan..

if the culprit willing to pay....send yr car to authirised dealer, let them cut yr throat and culprit to bare the cost....hehehehe...
