Never never use compress air to clean the MAF sensor. Also, i remembered asking the mechanic to blow my air filter, but he air blow this sensor, in the begining i did not about this sensor. Begin researching, n found that this maf sensor is very sensitive and need to use this specific sensor spray to clean it.. i think the mechanic made the sensor dirty when he blow air into the sensor..

The K&N filter is a direct swap with the air filter. Very much a DIY. When i bought the K&N in 2011, it cost me rm500 (yes very very expensive from a premium vendor) as i was a noob that time. My guess its lower now. Do note, eventhough the K&N does not need to be changed, it needs to be serviced/cleaned every 40k km(well thats what i do anyway). U can either buy the cleaning kit for arnd rm100+ or u can send it for service at a place in jln 223 for arnd rm15.digilife said:And changing to K&N air filter system does give that extra boost , my question is roughly how much would that cost & where can I have it done at a good price or just DIY ?
