Thanks bro, how to differentia between Pre and post Cat?

Its exactly looks the same, only wire longer for the post-cat. The one you see on the manifold when you look standing in front of the engine is the pre-cat, post-cat is after the catalytic converter lah

Pre cat cable is 570mm, post-cat cable is 990mm. Price different due to longer length.

U mean i would need both pre and post cat together?

Pre-cats is actually used to control the combustion in the engine, the ECU reads the o2 level in the exhaust manifold and alters the combustion according to the reading it gets from the pre-cat o2 sensor. If lots of o2 is detected in the exhause manifold the engine is not burning in optimum performance, isnt it?

Post cat is more for monitoring purposes only, and detects whether the cat is properly working.

Many people would advise changing the pre-cat only and leave the post-cat alone as it doesnt do much to the engine performance.

Thanks for advice from our committees herbert and Haywire, i got the price from Bavarian Auto and will be collecting it tomorrow

Pre-cat o2 sensor at RM326 x 2pc
MAF VDO brand RM800 (for 530)

KL-Singapore-KL will be approximately 750km + some city driving probably 800km. 132litre would translate into 16.5l/100km. probably shld upgrade to F02 740Li which is 3 litre twin power turbo and FC should be around 13l/100km, he he.

Singapore car park is super small and tight....

I ve been here close to 2 years and would avoid some car park myself.
And mine is only a E60

ha, ha, probably u r refering to some hawker centre or coffee shop car park. i dun drive my E66 to those areas too. i used to squeeze and park at any car park nearest to my destination but now i rather park far away and walk (if i drive my E66) just to avoid any "door hit" or scratch mark. this is a small sacrifice.
