My E39 Pricing

My Fellow E39ers... Have decided to put my ride up for sale. I've checked with newspaper classifieds and motortrader alike for market value. So I've tagged my ride at the following post with its stated price. http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/forums/showthread.php?p=198189#post198189 Am not here to make a quick buck or short change anyone. Just want to be fair to all parties. So, kindly advise if my price is right for the repairs rendered and age of car. Many thanks in advance.
