I am using Castrol Edge 5W-40 over last 6+ years, nothing wrong.

Since the day i took over the car from the 1st owner, i continued his tradition of using only Castrol Edge 5W40. He has been using this oil since day one. At times there are promotion for Shell Helix Ultra 5W40 and i also use them. As long 5W40, it's only these 2 brands of engine oil that i use. But my experience says my engine is more revvy and "alive" with Shell Helix Ultra compared to Castrol Edge.

Will try to give the Castrol Edge 5/40w a try first and hope it works fine
Thanks Herbert .. i will try to make it for the TT ... a bit difficult cause normally will need to bring kids out on Friday night ..
