This is a BMW Individual spec car, I think the customised specs does make it somewhat a little bit more rare? Well, at least this is the first time I've seen E46 door steps with "BMW Individual" words instead of the usual M-Sport door steps.

What I have done so far to the car:

-Engine oil change
-Changed long shaft coupling
-Overhaul steering rack
-Replaced front rear wishbone bushes with PowerFlex Bushes
-Changed front disc brakes and pads
-Changed both rear tires to Continental CSC5, to match front tires' brand and also uneven wear due to -2++ camber angle.
-Replaced fuel filter
-Changed to KNN drop in air filter, replaced cabin filter
-Changed all four absorbers to Bilstein B8, and rear springs to stock. Old setting with B4 and lowered springs were too low at the rear, front end felt floating at highway speeds and easily scrape road bumps.
-DIY center console & Arm rest, bought from Chop Shop near Old Klang Road
-Replaced water pump, expansion tank, thermostat, and several pipes.
-Replaced missing exterior temperature sensor
-Tinted by Raytech (Seri Kembangan HQ, highly recommended!)
-Remapped by DK Tuning - Highly recommended! Car with loads more mid range torque... will update with fuel consumption figures.
-DIY Polishing.

What is still wrong with the car currently:
-Power is down to only 60%!!! Dylan from DK Tuning showed the Engine load to be only 60% from live data. Cause might be due to many factors, am still trying to diagnose the problem.
-Engine sludge, plan to flush the engine twice in a short period of time.
-Rear right tire at -2++ camber angle. Went to MPS Auto Sunway to diagnose, found out that Camber screw is worn out. Ordered new one due to arrive soon.
-RPM Bounces up and down between 1k-2k RPM when I let go of throttle and just let the car cruise along. Went to M-scope thinking it is worn torque converter, was told by boss (Mr Tan if I remember correctly?) that it isn't. Probably due to vacuum leak or leak at manifold. Currently still trying to diagnose.
-Fan clutch might be faulty.
-Whirring sound / droning / buzzing from fuel tank area during cold start. Will check fuel pump & fuel sender status.
-Annoying whirring sound from Air Con compressor.
-Occasional rear thud, might be due to worn axle or sub-frame bush.
-To replace rear disc brakes and pads soon.
-To replace all O2 sensors.
-Fault code from engine: Tank ventilation valve.
-Missing front left fender splash cover.
-One horn not working.

What I plan to do:
-Plan to flush gearbox oil.
-To replace gearbox oil cooler before it goes.
-Check vanos seals.
-Replace front and rear lights & fog lights. Multiple signs of water entry.
-Realign front and rear sagging bumper.
-Replace both kidney grills, currently both aren't the same (one is OEM, one isn't).
-Get some proper carpets...
-Replace undercarriage cover, currently torn at left side.
-Refurbish rims back to original metallic silver.
-Repaint whole car back to Titanium Silver.
-Re-wrap seats into proper leather.
-Aftermarket HUD! (probably the only after market part I'm drooling over).

Quite a long to-do list as you can see. The previous owner did take care of the car, as the gearbox was just overhauled not too long ago. But honestly I felt it could've been better.

Hope anyone here could shed some light on my current troubles, or I'd love to join you guys for some TT session soon.

Try this mod, it is recommended.

Hi Jarance, yeah I do like the look of the halo rings... but istead of modding the head light assembly, I plan to just change the whole headlight itself that comes with the rings. The clip holding it to the screws on top sudah patah, and the rubber weather strip already disintegrated, plus I went to a shop to drill a temporary hole at the side to let the cable for HID to pass through safely. When I got the car from the dealer, they forcefully clipped on the bulb housing cover and thus the wires were all clipped together.

*Safety Tip* This caused the wires to short circuit and the electrical connections burnt! The mechanic said that luckily my car didn't end up in a big fire!

Therefore the hole has to be drilled... will be looking for a better solution for this & maybe restore back the OEM ballast >_<"

Really?! I can't say I love it too much... It's showing signs of wear dy.. and I still prefer good quality leather... More comfortable during jams and long journey hehe.

As for the sun, well I did tint the highest maximum available at 95%, hope that helps... But hopefully next year I gonna rewrap them in leather lol
