No worry cause it is not easy to maintain like I did. I know how I treat my cars. BMW is getting cheaper but not the maintainence. There many cheap BMW in the market. U can see many people in this forum asking bout this prob, that prob but I seldom do that? I rather sell my ass than my cars to cheapskate.

agree 200% with u bro :top: wait for the right buyer who appreciates the TLC done on your cars..sometimes people dont understand how lucky they are buying from an enthusiast and how much it saves them from the hassle of repairs and maintenance..

Just want to know if buyer cannot get the loan, can the seller forfeit it? In your case , it seems the buyer has not received an answer from the bank and he cancelled the deal. So what is the situation?

I think this buyer Daniel is your friend la. He asking for full loan for my car if it is your concern and I returned the deposit minus rm50 to pay the runner. And he have the guts to threathen me. Johor is my TERRITORY so dun mess with me.
