i believe it's plug n play for certain models BMW E90 318i, 320i, 320d, 325i, BMW E60 520i, 523i, 525i, 530i, 520d, 525d, 530d etc.

normally what they do is connect to your stock 2.5" pipe after the midbox and replace with 3" Stainless Steel pipes all the way to the tips.
