tmn golf was sorta a low cost area if you bought 1 in the wee earlier years of its existence. Been living there among the sinlge storey houses with my parents since the 1980's. Those days, if I'm not mistaken, the plain vanilla double storey was at RM70k & the single storey was RM50k only.

Anyway, looking forward to meeting up with the gang in Ipoh & maybe convoy back to KL together if possible. Hopefully, my bimmer is ready by then, a lot of things to be done on it.
