"Well, my suggestion is to have a few Mega Events like a Grand Tour (Phuket, Koh Samui), Treasure Hunt shall be made possible once the club is registered with ROS."

And now for my 2 cents worth...1st thing's first, I hope da cummittee, before it burns itself out from orgynizing activities, may b wan to draw up a schedule of how many events it wans to work on & da frequency in a year. 
Charity? Imho, it could may b start at home first - in our very own club? Hav we even got enuff funds to go do the downpayment for the next annual dinner or another function of similar magnitude without having to call on any one empathic individual member to koff up the dough.

The one with pictures of their "Miss So Pretty" (if I remember correctly) BMW Club beauty pageant contestants?
Now, that would go down a storm, eh? I'm sure even Vanquish would make it up to KL for the Finals on a Sunday...
I volunteer to be a judge. Easily bribed and not averse to accepting "favours".

beauty pagent show exciting... but where can we find 10 beauties to grace the event... Not that I am saying that our club don't have any but they are most probably "married" and hence do not qualify.. hee.. hee...

Aiyoh, I'm sure we can make a non-BMW owning exception for that, right? We can look beyond the borders of the club... Command & Conquer, you know.

Slow down brothers and sisters. At least give the new committee a chance to meet up formally before we start blasting away. Hold on to your horses lah! The AGM was just 2 days ago.
The new committee will be meeting up for the 1st time tonite to discuss directions and activities of the club for 2006. Until then, nothing is carved on stone. B)
