IMPORTANT

Be extra carefull when u park ur car at Pan Pac ..

There are cases of things missing - from ur car - during events eg . ///M sticker, lip spoiler etc ..

SInce this is a public event + the forum is open to public .. you know lahhh ...

Come early, choose a nice spot. We do have ppl looking after your car .. but we can't cover all places ..

We have been upgraded to the

Grand Ballroom, Pan Pacific @ Glenmarie :yahoo: :yahoo:

Yes ..

We have blocked the car park .. but unfortunately, the management cannot handle 100 cars !!!

Mafia and his bouncers will be there to assist u guys ..

PLS DO NOT PARK UNDER THE BALLROOM FOYER or along the roadside.

We have alsoo make arrangement to have extra guards to look after our beloved cars during the dinner .. However, pls ensure all cars are lock !!

don't worry, I will post a new map. Edit map is now being reviewed by the committe. Will post it up once it is approved.

IAD Updates ....

1) Pls follow the sign. As u enter HICOM/Pan Pac junction, slow down. Road under construction. FOr lowered car .. be careful .. 2 man-holes.

2) As you pass the hotel main lobby (to ur right) u can see the Grand Ballroom. U will be directed to the proper parking space

3) Event starts at 7:00 pm.. With the current raining spell, pls be prepared.

4) BEER WILL NOT BE SERVED !!!! Anybody wants to buy beer, the cost is RM 18.50++ per mug (yeah .. expensive !!)

5) Attire : Smart Casual - BMW Club Shirt or any BMW Collared T-Shirt. No bermuda, short pants, G-string, slippers .. COme on laaa .. tunjuk la gaya sikit ...

6) For T-shirt, appreciate if u cud put a jacket on top

7) Media will be present.

8) NO SMOKING IN THE BANQUET HALL !!!!! If u want to smoke, kindly smoke outside the hall. Ash-tray and seats are provided .. and yes, I AM A SMOKER too !!! .. Pls give some respect to non-smokers by not smoking in the hall.


THINGS TO DO - REGISTRATION:

1) Once u arrived at the Ballroom, immediately register ur self
2) U will be given a name tag - pls wear it - ppl dun know who u are !!
3) U will be given an invitation card of which; will be used for lucky draw ...
4) Cordials will be served while waiting for dinner time. Mingle laaa ... !!
