I'm Abdullah and this is the first time I'm writing in this forum. I've BMW 528i and its about 2 yrs old with 40,000 km mileage. I noticed the front tyre with uneven worn out and the back tyre look ok. During the last third service, I've complained about the humming noise and the mechanic advised me to check with the tyre workshop (to check the tyre condition, balancing and alignment). he mentioned if BMW workshop to do it it going to be very expensive.
I went to the tyre workshop and changed both front tyre and did the body alignment. Unfortunately with the new tyre, the humming noise still persist. I went to the tyre workshop again and asked the mechanic supervisor to drive the car to hear the humming sound. He confirmed the humming sound. He also confirmed the back tyres are still in good condition.
Anybody has come across the same experience before? Hope you can share.
Recently, I experienced the seat belt for driver seat get stucked and do not return to it original position once released. The mechanic repaired the belt and it functioned normally. BUT, it creates an irritating noise at both seat belt holders. It seems there is something lose inside the seat belt panel. Anybody has the same experience before? Really hope somebody can share the experience.
