telephone noise while driving

Hi guys..need help on this annoying noise tat prop ups now and then..btw my car is e30 1984 323i manualsituation: whenever i drive, there would be a low humming noise and at times will have some Wuu/Tuu noise coming out from front left..not sure how to describe it, but it really sounded like the continous tone when you just pick up the phone. my gf also say she felt some vibration from the floor when de noise come.The sound would go away whenever i press de brake, but upon release de pedal it might/might not make noise again. this is regardless of left right centre direction that i'm driving.initially suspected wheel bearing as there is low humming noise, thus i have change both side bearing and also de inner & outer control ball, new tyre (balance and alignment). the onli thing left is the leaking steering rack (which i try to keep the fluid at optimum everyday)dear all, i really need help on this as its driving me crazy and i couldn't enjoy my ride now. its ruining my vacation!!..i'm sad..sighplease helpEdit: lifted the front up..while the left side tyre will move freely while given a spin..the right side was quite a bit reluctant bt was repair/free earlier (mech say break jam common issue on e30 but was repair while changing de bearing few days back)..

I think its your break master pump, sound of air escaping, prepare RM300 and above.

rectify dy...apparently the right brake is jamming for de second time after the service (1st jam)..
notice after a trip to nilai where the brake dust totally cover the rim while the left has none..jus wash de car de day before..

BTW..is not air escaping sound..something much worst/noisier that that..i first thought the brake is slamming with the rim..as i work in metal industry b4, sound almost de same when metal come into contact with another metal
