How to put LCD Panel at the Dashboard because mine don't have i Drive

Hi...can i ask any place or shop i can install LCD that will nicely placed at the i drive location Dashboard?.....because my Z4 do not have i drive..and i like to have something like cool features..with LCD panel.maybe TV,or DVD players...or is it possible to buy i drive and installed separately? ..thanks for help.

no nid install lcd la...juz add tablet like ipad mini or galaxy tab will do...bigger screen..touch screen...got waze some more... better than oem idrive navi screen.. like mine...
