How many owners of MSport 328i?

hi there,

new owner of 328i m sports here. bought in feb 2015. Experienced the rattling sound on the interior wall panel after 3 days, sent to AB and luckily they managed to eliminate the noise. It was a very distressing noise indeed coming from a RM300k car! Start googling about it after that and dang, the stories are never ending i guess .

Second issue, now, on and off i can hear some sound coming from suspension (i think) whenever there is a bump but the sound is not consistent - sometimes its there sometimes it is not.. hopefully it will not persist.

3rd issue would be suspension. Due to it being M sport stiffness is expected but at times i felt like the absorber is not working despite in comfort mode. I wonder whether that's the way the suspension work or whether there is an element of default..sigh..

if u feel its not right about whatever get the dealer to sort it out till u satisfy.
Talk to them nicely and they will assist, at least Ingress do. Dunno much about AB.
328i M Sport since 2013 here..so far..happy..gila happy especially jadi setan/pelesit during driving.
Minor what not solved, lucky i guess.

Reporting for duty..328 m sport estoril bluee..3 weeks now but cant really drive since i am now in labuan while car was purchased and park in johor...done diamond brite and paint sealant at front bumper...and headlights. .other not yet..

Just checking...any owner of 328 m sport in jhr wanna lepaking together this coming weekend...now in KLIA and will.be in Jhr by 1045....got a few days off till need to be in Kemaman by wednesday....either lepak area jhr bahru...or maybe heading and leapaking at nasi kambing 40 hari yong peng....can remove chicken strip on 4.tyres...

Nice one, so which do you prefer? Petrol or diesel?

Prefer economy of the diesel no doubt.

But I'm liking the current ride more and it has more to do with the advance f30 made over the e90; not petrol over diesel.

What I mean is nvh is miles better. The e90 m sports is wonderful when you're in the mood, a literal pain (in the lower back) when you're not. I stick to comfort settings like 99% of the time so I'm loving it. The sound insulation is also waayyyyyy better.

I know what you bro mean plus the torque from the engine is awesome. I was lucky to have the F30 320d Modern Line and the 320d M-Sport as a courtesy car for almost a week and was enjoying the mileage from it plus the M-Sport sussy is really planted even at high speeds over undulated roads. I don't think the M-Sport sussy in the F30 is as hard as the E90 though...like you I prefer comfort but I didn't find the sussy hard for my liking.

Hi all, how much tyre pressure u apply for m-sport? After car service from ABKL, i notice 200 front and 220 rear.

From the indicator list showing front 220 - 250, rear 240 - 280 for M-sport rim, correct me if im wrong.

hi guys..I'm an Msport 328i (red color) owner, so far the car so good except the air-conditioning setting will go back to default every time i switch on the engine..sent to AB Glenmarie twice to reset..it was okay for a while..now it's happening again... *sigh* any suggestion...a friend said Quill Automobiles PJ can solve it?

I find this irritating as well. My old e90 doesn't revert to default but the setting just before I turned off the engine. Let me know if you find the answer.

Thanks. The discount (50K) I got is pretty standard from the 3 major dealers. The difference is what color is available because I wanted showroom car with 0 mileage. I wanted Estoril Blue but due to the scarcity, I settled down with Melbourne Red instead. This is a good time to shop for car.
