HELP~ Engine shaking terribly when stop

Hi i drive a e60 05/06 model i think. Recently my engine start to shake terribly when at complete stop. The RPM also starts to jump from 0.7 - 1.2. It keeps jumping in between these RPM. From inside the car it will shake and sound like a ship on the sea. This only happens when the car stops. I've tried giving it gas and it doesnt shake anymore. Only at low RPM it shakes. The exhaust pipe also shake terribly as the engine shakes.What is the problem.? Anyone can help? Could it be the problem with the petrol? I've just pump RM70 of RON95 for the first time few days ago. After pumping RON 95 the problem became worst. Should i pump RON97 back? Or is it other problem? Please help!

E60 not sogod with RON 95...I tried twit My E39...Engine RPM bcome rough...

better change to RON97..can save your Oxygen sensors!

its your oxgen sensor going to gone any time as i had the same problem and i dont think so its about the fuel.
